Yup the database was in Australia so it was working really, really well for me LOL.
I've moved it to the US now and also fixed how the web reads from the db.

It says late October so I'm guessing the rollout will start in a week or two. I'm sad that it is limited to internal guests only, but for most of my scenarios where it's me accessing the my diferent tenants it works well enough.
