Microsoft Agent 365: Expanded access to Microsoft agent usage and activity insights in Microsoft 365 admin center

Starting late October 2026, Microsoft 365 admin center will expand access to usage and activity insights for Microsoft-built or platform-based agents, regardless of Agent 365 licensing. This provides foundational visibility into agent metrics, while full management features still require paid licenses. Rollout completes by late November 2026.
