Dynamics 365 Apps - Add users without licenses to activity recipient fields (preview)

We are announcing the ability to enable active Microsoft Entra users without Dataverse or Power Apps licenses as activity recipients. Created user records remain disabled and do not grant Dynamics 365 app access. This feature will reach public preview on October 15, 2026. How does this affect me?
