Microsoft is retiring the App Builder agent and vibe.powerapps.com by November 30, 2026, consolidating app creation into Copilot Cowork and Microsoft Copilot Studio. New app creation in retired platforms ends mid-October 2026. Organizations must migrate existing apps before retirement using upcoming in-product migration tools.
