Microsoft PowerPoint for Mac will update slide contextual menus for consistency, removing the Zoom command and Cut/Copy from the slide menu but keeping them elsewhere. Layout and Reset Slide commands will appear in both slide and thumbnail menus. The change rolls out worldwide in October 2026, enabled by default with no impact on compliance or licensing.
