We are announcing the ability to automatically update emails with the latest content in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys. This feature will reach general availability on July 10, 2026. How does this affect me? This feature introduces a new type of content block called Dynamic content block. When a dynamic content block is updated, all emails using that block are automatically refreshed to ensure recipients always receive the most current content.
